During our family stay at Rukatonttu, we were delighted by the beautiful location on the shore of Lake Talvijärvi, offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The proximity to the Ruka ski center and the convenience of being able to engage in various activities such as skiing and cycling added to our experience. One unique feature that stood out was the swimming pier and open hole in the ice for winter swimming, a thrilling and memorable experience for the whole family. The hotel's family-friendly amenities like the electric wardrobe dryers in the rooms ensured our winter gear was always ready for the next adventure. The staff's friendliness and the well-kept cross-country skiing tracks added to the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Rukatonttu provided a perfect setting for a memorable family vacation, and we can't wait to return for more outdoor fun and relaxation in the future.
